Let it Snow!
Twelve inches, a record for Dallas! We had a blast in the snow last Thursday... then, our power went out. The three of us were nomads for a couple of nights, staying with Jen the first night. After losing power at Jen's, Sarah & Neil offered to take us in! It was an adventure, and Carlyle was a trooper.
Our little snowball
A collage of photos from the snow (click to enlarge). Justin entertained our neighborhood kids with sled rides and snowball fights. Our UPS guy said our snowman was his favorite, ha!

Party Girls
I guess I thought it was time to post a photo of Carlyle "not in her green striped pjs". We went to my friend Kate's baby shower on Saturday and had a great time out with the girls. Carlyle is wearing a Zuzu outfit that was intended to be a "going home" outfit option, but it fits her beautifully now!

Playful Carlyle
Carlyle is very playful in the mornings, then I think she saves up her laughter for when Justin gets home. He is appreciative! She was showing off her tummy time skills the other night, and we captured some of her expressions. She is sporting her upgraded size of footie PJs (3-6 month) since she was busting out of her 0-3 collection. Since I wasn't ready to cut the toes out of them to make some room (thanks Shell!), these are a little big for her. But it will be equally fun to watch her grow out of them all over again!

A born artist!
Nathalie Harris was so amazing to let us visit her pottery studio and have Carlyle make impressions in clay. She is going to create ornaments and tabletop pieces of pottery of Carlyle's tiny hands and feet... we are so excited! Thank you Nathalie!

Little hands...

and little feet.

Carlyle LOVED smiling and laughing with Nathalie.
