Our little snoozer

You would think these noises would keep me up at night, but I love listening to them. She is in her sling in this video, which she loves by the way. Normally, she snores and squeaks the loudest when she's in her sling.

She woke herself up at the end with one of her miniature "Justin inhale laughs". She is very entertaining!

This Time is Cherished

As Laurel told me it would be, this time is certainly cherished. This first month has been full of sweet moments with Carlyle, mostly of us staring at her every expression. I'm so fortunate to have had my Mom and Dad in Dallas for a month, and it was hard to see them go yesterday. Carlyle already misses her Zuzu and PapaChee. Thank you for everything!

On their way out the door yesterday... one more snuggle!

I love this little mouth!

Zuzu adjusted a bonnet for Carlyle, and of course we played dress-up.

Her little mouth makes me smile!

All dressed up and no where to go!

We're trying to lay low during the peak of flu season (doctor's orders), but I've been dying to take her out and show her off! However, I think we'll be ready for our debut by Christmas. We'll miss seeing everyone in Natchez this Thanksgiving, but we weren't quite ready to tackle that car ride.

Hotty Toddy!

And Happy Birthday to Justin! Just for him, he's got both his girls in Rebel wear today. Carlyle even has a custom made Ole Miss onsie (by Zuzu).

Carlyle's Hotty Toddy onsie!
(She still has a year before she can fit into her Auburn Tigers cheerleader suit, so this will have to do for now!)

Packing on the Ounces

Our little piggie gained 1.5 oz. above her birth weight.
She is eating so well so far - We are so proud!

Coming Home!

Waking up to a smile!

Stretch it out, trying to wake up for my last morning in the hospital.

Going Home outfit made by ZuZu

Without a big ole Barnes head, her sweet matching bonnet is not yet a perfect fit. Zuzu thinks she looks like a little Amish girl in this shot. Ha!

The new Garrity family!

My first morning at home.
